How to correctly measure your head for a bike helmet

How to correctly measuring your head for bike helmets

Why is the right helmet size so important?

Choosing a helmet that fits your head perfectly is crucial to ensure the best possible safety. A helmet that is too big or too small may not provide the necessary protection in the event of an accident. In addition, an improperly fitting helmet can be uncomfortable and detract from your riding enjoyment.

How to find the correct Inflabi size

  • Measure your head circumference: Use a flexible tape measure or a piece of string to measure the circumference of your head in the middle of your forehead above the ears. This measurement forms the basis for fitting your helmet. If you are using a string, compare the length of string to a standard measuring tape or ruler.

    • Choose the right helmet size: Select the correct size helmet in our webstore based on your measured head circumference. Our inflatable bike helmets are available in two different sizes to ensure that everyone can find the optimal fit.

             Size Guide

    • Medium: Ideal for head circumference of 54-58 cm
    • Large: Ideal for head circumference of 59-61 cm

    • Test your helmet: Before you set off on your ride, carry out a short test ride to ensure that your helmet fits securely and does not slip. You should be able to move freely without the helmet getting in the way.
